• Establishment and launch of a business administration consulting practice (since 2024) . Founding and development of the independent EVYELE practice in Berkeley, California: corporate support for startups and small businesses throughout the USA.
• Incorporation and corporate support for startups. Comprehensive support for incorporation of companies in the USA, including preparation of constituent documents, compliance with corporate law requirements, and interaction with regulatory authorities.
• Assistance with complex immigration petitions. Overseeing the preparation of O-1A and EB-1A petitions: case file preparation, collection of professional references, and drafting documents in accordance with USCIS requirements.
• Digital marketing and promotion for small businesses. Development and implementation of Facebook and Instagram marketing campaigns for local companies, including the jewelry studio Taber Studios (Berkeley, California).
• International business development and investor relations. Providing support to international partnerships, attracting investors, and ensuring corporate reporting for an eVTOL aviation startup.
• Comprehensive corporate administration of international structures. Registration of trademarks with the UK IPO and USPTO; VAT/EORI registration in the EU; liquidation of companies; liaising with tax authorities of the EU, Hong Kong, the USA, and New Zealand.
• Establishment and development of a law office in Cyprus. Organizing the operations of a law firm’s office in Nicosia from the ground up: establishing relationships with local auditors and lawyers, hiring and training staff, developing operational processes, and ensuring quality of services.
• Separate Project: Academic publications in the field of sustainable aviation. Co-author of two peer-reviewed articles: “Creating Sustainable Aircraft and Routes” ((AIAA, 2024) и «eVTOL Fleet Selection Method for Vertiport Networks» (IEEE/AIAA DASC, 2021)).
