· Filling in the operating licence application form;
· Submitting the operating licence application form with enclosures to the Free Zone Directorate;
· Assessment of the application by the General Directorate of Free Zones;
· Signing a lease agreement with the free zone or other authorized investors and obtaining approval from the Free Zone Directorate;
· Submitting the lease agreement and the certificate of registration issued by the Trade Registry to the General Directorate of Free Zones;
· Collecting the operating licence
