Description of stages of the company incorporation process

STAGE I:

1. Collecting information and putting together terms of reference for selecting a jurisdiction/structure.
2. Selecting several (up to 3) options for the jurisdiction.
3. Preparing a detailed memo analyzing the pros and cons of each proposed jurisdiction.
4. Selecting several (up to 3) banks/EMIs where a company will be able to open an account after incorporation and where initial approval can be obtained.

Fee - USD 600. This fee can later be set off against the cost of company incorporation.

STAGE II:

If the implementation of the project also requires assessing the tax burden, we recommend that, before proceeding with incorporation, you have a meeting (in the office/via Zoom/Skype/by phone – whichever is more convenient) with our tax specialist regarding the structure of the future company’s activities and possible risks.

Fee is charged on a time-spent basis at the rates starting from USD 400 / hour.

STAGE III:

1. You choose the option that suits you most, and we send you an invoice for payment less the amounts previously paid.
2. We help you collect the necessary documents and fill in all the necessary forms for incorporating a company and passing a compliance check.
3. Upon completion of the entire process, you receive original corporate documents of the company. The composition and format of the documents (notarization/apostille/legalization) varies depending on the jurisdiction.

Fee depends on the specific jurisdiction you choose.
