  • established in 1992, it is one of the largest Russian banks;
  • the head office of the bank is in Blagoveshchensk, but there is also a branch in Moscow;
  • it is owned by Kazakh organization Pioneer Capital Invest LLP engaged in financial services and audit;
  • the bank opens current and savings (deposit) accounts;
  • the bank opens accounts not only for Russian companies but also for foreign companies, that is those incorporated OUTSIDE the Russian Federation (RF);
  • original documents of a foreign company that are provided shall be legalized / apostilled and have a notarized translation into Russian;
  • there is no requirement regarding the minimum account balance;
  • tax registration in the RF and director’s visit to the bank’s office are required to open an account; it is also possible to open an account by power of attorney issued to the account signatory;
  • it is possible to make international payments in a foreign currency; available currencies: CNY, TRY, JPY, KZT, KGS, TJS, AMD, UZS, as well as USD, EUR and AED, but the latter 3 currencies – with significant limitations (only to certain banks and with additional approval);
  • it issues bank cards;
  • there is online banking;
  • opening an account takes at least 1 month

    Opening an account requires a visit by the director to a bank branch. It is also possible to open an account by power of attorney for the account manager
    Required
    List of corporate documents of a foreign company required to open an account in a Russian bank:
    - Certificate of Incorporation / Certificate of Incorporation;
    - Memorandum and Articles of Association;
    - Certificate of Good Standing;
    - Extract from the Registrar (Certificate of Incumbency);
    - Extract from the Registrar (Certificate of Incumbency);
    - Certificate of the legal entity's tax registration with the tax authority of the Russian Federation (INN Certificate);
    - Documents confirming the powers of the sole (collegial) executive body of the legal entity;
    - power of attorney (in case of account opening by power of attorney); the text of the power of attorney must be agreed with the bank;
    - identity document of the sole executive body (individual) of the legal entity, persons authorized to dispose of funds on the bank account, and other representatives of the legal entity; notarized signature and seal card.
    The list is not exhaustive and may vary depending on the country of registration of the foreign company and the selected bank. Banks reserve the right to request any additional documents and information.
    Documents of a foreign company shall be provided in legalized / apostilled form in originals with a notarized translation into Russian language
