  • a small bank in Puerto Rico with an OCIF (Puerto Rico Office of the Commissioner of Financial Institutions) license;
  • the bank opens current accounts for businesses and individuals;
  • the bank also opens accounts in offshore jurisdictions;
  • possible account currencies: USD, EUR, AED, CHF, and GBP;
  • activities for which the bank does NOT open accounts include gambling, forex, gas, oil, and any high-risk activities;
  • minimum account balance requirements: EUR 1 000 000  – EUR 2 000 000;
  • account opening is remote: all documents are scanned; beneficiary identification is conducted via video call;
  • pre-approval is available;
  • Online banking is available (currently only with viewing options; transfers are made via email with WhatsApp confirmation);
  • bank cards can be issued;
