Company incorporation abroad:

• Analyzing the case and selecting a jurisdiction that meets the requirements;
• Preparing documents for filing as part of company incorporation;
• Supporting company formations, informing and assisting the client to comply with the formal requirements of government authorities, including obtaining a licence / permit for a certain type of activity;

Company administration and legal support:

• Legal support of companies: maintaining internal files, informing clients about changes in the country’s corporate legislation, and making companies compliant;
• Preparing documents according to mandatory legal requirements, notifying clients of filing requirements and deadlines;
• Assisting in current matters related to the company, including, but not limited to ordering documents, liaising with government authorities, auditors, and partners, making corporate documents;

Bank account opening abroad:

• Selecting a bank / EMI: assistance in choosing a bank/EMI and account type;
• Preparing and submitting documents: collecting, analyzing and making the necessary documents for account opening, agreeing these with the bank/EMI manager;
• Making and sending initial requests to the payment institutions selected by the client;
• Interacting with banks/EMIs, arranging personal meetings with bankers, informing clients about all stages of account opening and the current status;

• Reviewing and analyzing documents for compliance with legal requirements and internal corporate acts;

Projects completed

• Selecting an EMI for a company with a Russian individual in its structure whose main activity is research and development of telecommunications technology programs. Providing full support in opening an account in the UK EMI.
• Providing support in opening a business bank account in China for a Hong Kong company. The company is engaged in wholesale trade of household sewing machines and spare parts for them. Preparing documents, arranging a meeting between the client and the bank managers in China.
• Providing support in opening a business bank account in Montenegro for a Hong Kong company. The company offers consulting services and organizes the supply of goods for various industries. Communicating with bank managers regarding the account opening matters; preparing the bank forms, arranging the signing and shipment of original documents to the bank, coordinating a meeting between the client and the bank managers in Montenegro.
• Establishing a branch of a foreign company in a UAE free zone and providing post-establishment support, which included opening an account, renting an office, and drafting documents for hiring employees. The parent company and the branch deal in coal trading.
• Providing ongoing support to more than 70 foreign companies with varying degrees of complexity of structures in jurisdictions such as Belize, BVI, Hong Kong, Marshall Islands, Panama, Seychelles, UAE, United Kingdom, and others, including the preparation and ordering of necessary documents, drafting and sending requests to government authorities, making notifications of changes in legislation.
