Born in 1956 in Austria, Dr. Zronek graduated as a Doctor of Law from the University of Vienna and Salzburg in 1981. He also received a post graduate degree in International Tax Law from the Viennese University of Economy. For ten years he had been working as a tax inspector at Viennese tax authorities, concurrently being engaged in teaching tax law. Since 1989 he has been running his own independent tax consultancy office in Vienna. Of particular interest, Dr. Zronek is also a member of the boards and supervisory boards of several Austrian and some international companies.
