Tax Partner in the Deloitte & Touche London Office with more than ten years experience as a UK international tax and transfer pricing specialist. Mark's experience includes working for the Inland Revenue International Division as a senior investigator on some of their largest cases, he has also been an advisor, assisting clients with strategic planning and defense of their transfer prices. Mark heads the Deloitte & Touche UK Transfer Pricing Group, comprised of more than 50 professionals. Mark has a Master of Arts from Oxford University and a PhD from the University of Kingston-upon-Thames, he is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and a co-author of International Transfer Pricing - A Guide for Finance Directors (Financial Times 1999).
