Max Gutbrod is a partner in Moscow office of Baker & McKenzie (CIS). He started his career in Berlin office of Baker & McKenzie in 1992. In 1995, he transferred to Moscow. In 2000-2003, Dr. Gutbrod managed the company’s CIS and Moscow offices. He is Deputy Chairman of the German Business Association and Chairman of its Financial Services Committee. He is a delegated professional for the WTO working group of the European Business Club and a regular participant of the Russian Foreign Investor Advisory Counsel., as well as a frequent advisor for various expert commissions of the Russian government.
