• Legal and administrative support for the annual renewal of foreign companies of regular clients and related processes / document management (controlling the company renewal procedure at all its stages, arranging payment of the annual government fee, issuing powers of attorney and related documents, maintaining archives, organizing mailings, carrying on correspondence, and holding face-to-face meetings and consultations in the company’s office);
• Supporting AML / Compliance procedures during the annual renewal (checking, collecting and arranging the signing of necessary documents for the company and the client to comply with international and domestic laws);
• Interacting with foreign agents (controlling payment of agents' fees, organizing the making of documents, keeping up business correspondence regarding the administration of external companies);
• Voluntary liquidation of offshore companies (preparing liquidation documents, coordinating the work of foreign offices in relation to the company closure, arranging publication of a notice in a newspaper, ordering a certificate of dissolution from the Registrar);
• Monitoring changes in legislation that affect renewal of companies, keeping of registers, retention of documents, levying of fines, striking off of companies from the register, and other corporate affairs in such major jurisdictions as Belize, BVI, Cyprus, Hong Kong, Seychelles, the United Kingdom and others);
• Ordering from foreign Registrars various documents requested by clients (certificates of good standing, extracts from trade register and others, depending on the specific jurisdiction);
