How to open a bank account in ProCommerce bank

Outgoing payments in USD and EUR are subject to a fee of 2% of the payment amount (the minimum is USD / EUR 50; the maximum is USD / EUR 300); for CNY, it is 0,2% (the minimum is CNY 500; the maximum is CNY 2 500); for TRY, it is 0.2% when making payments to clients who have an account at the same Turkish correspondent bank, and 0.5% when making payments to clients who do not have an account at the same Turkish correspondent bank (the minimum is TRY 500; the maximum is TRY 5 000); for BYN, KZT, AMD, TJS, KGS, it is 0.2% (the minimum is RUB 2 000)

No fee is charged for incoming payments. Opening, maintaining and closing an account in a foreign currency are free of charge

List of corporate documents of a foreign company required to open an account in a Russian bank:
- Certificate of Incorporation / Certificate of Incorporation;
- Memorandum and Articles of Association;
- Certificate of Good Standing;
- Extract from the Registrar (Certificate of Incumbency);
- Extract from the Registrar (Certificate of Incumbency);
- Certificate of the legal entity's tax registration with the tax authority of the Russian Federation (INN Certificate);
- Documents confirming the powers of the sole (collegial) executive body of the legal entity;
- power of attorney (in case of account opening by power of attorney); the text of the power of attorney must be agreed with the bank;
