Claude Kremer is a partner in Luxembourg-based Arendt & Medernach law-firm, which is the largest Luxembourg law firm with over 150 legal professionals in Luxembourg and offices in Brussels and New York. Out of 25 SICAR funds registered in Luxembourg, 23 were established through Arendt & Medernach. Claude Kremer is also a director of the Association of Luxembourg Investment Funds (ALFI), Chairman of ALFI's Legal Committee for National Affairs, and a member of the Advisory Committees for Undertakings in Collective Investment of the Supervisory Commission for the Financial Sector (CSSF). Claude Kremer is an active participant of the Committee of Investment Companies and Mutual Funds of the International Bar Association (IBA). He has served as Vice-Chairman of the IBA Specialized Investment Funds Committee. Claude lectures on international tax law at the University of Luxembourg. He is a co-author of a book entitled Les organismes de placement collectif en droit luxembourgeois (Undertakings for Collective Investment under Luxembourg Law), which was published by Larcier in 2001.
