• Supporting the sale of a Russian online store (clothing and accessories) to a major foreign retailer; the transaction amount was USD 22 million.
• Conducting due diligence on companies owning a chain of cafes in the UAE.
• Conducting due diligence on companies with an Electronic Money Institution licence.
• Establishing a trust with ‘backup’ protectors to protect family assets, redomiciling the trust to a friendly jurisdiction.
• Representing an investor starting a joint venture for the construction of a sports centre in the UAE; the investment amount was USD 9 million.
• Supporting the purchase of merchant ships with the involvement of a foreign escrow agent.
• Supporting the inherence of BVI company shares, including preparation of a full set of documents for the BVI court.

• Establishing private investment funds and obtaining a licence for the investment manager.

• Supporting a startup providing access to telehealth services, which included attracting several investors and drafting call option agreements for the company's management. The investment amount was USD 10 million.
