Graduate of Wilkes University, USA, Mr. Michaels obtained his juris doctor from the Syracuse University College of Law. He also received his Masters of Law in Estate Planning from the University of Miami. Now Mr. Michaels is a member of the Private Banking Practice Group of Baker & McKenzie, Zurich office. He concentrates his practice in the area of international tax and trusts, including international tax planning and money laundering avoidance legislation. Mr. Michaels has published in a number of professional journals, such as The Journal of International Taxation, Tax Planning Financial Review, International Tax Review etc.
