Born in 1950 in the US, Mr. Gray got his J.D. from the American University, Washington, D.C., with further post graduate education in the Georgetown University, Washington, D.C. (LL.M in Tax Law). Mr. Gray's legal practice includes working as a trial attorney for the Department of Justice, Washington, D.C, many years of experience as a lawyer and tax adviser for various law firms. Currently Mr. Gray is Of Counsel of Shutts & Bowen, London, Member of the ITPA Executive Committee, he is the author of more than 50 published articles and has been a regular speaker at international tax conferences for more than 20 years.
