1. Obtaining a residence permit and citizenship:

• advising on the choice of country and programme / basis for obtaining a residence permit and / or citizenship according to the client’s specific circumstances and needs;
• supporting applications for visas, residence permits and citizenship for the main applicant and their family members;
• supporting the purchase of real estate and other types of investment made under residence permit or citizenship programmes;

2. Relocation (redomiciliation) of business, overseas company registration, legal support and administration:

• providing comprehensive advice on the choice of jurisdiction for business relocation, preparing a roadmap;
• company registration, including preparation of documents, selection of office premises, obtaining business authorizations;
• assisting with work visa applications for foreign employees;
• ongoing company administration, preparing resolutions and minutes, making changes in the company structure (director resignations and appointments, share capital increase, share and beneficial ownership transfers);

3. Opening corporate and personal accounts at foreign banks and electronic money institutions (EMIs):

• analyzing the activity and nature of proposed account transactions, selecting banks and EMIs;
• forming a package of documents for bank compliance purposes;
• filling in the account opening application, taking care of further communication with the bank until a decision on the application is received;
• assisting in preparation of documents and explanations for the bank’s periodic compliance reviews of the existing accounts and individual transactions;

• Supporting a project to establish a holding company in ADGM free zone, UAE for further development of a financial services business in the MENA region.
• Supporting a project of registering and administering a UAE company for international trade in petroleum products and relocating the business owner and manager to Dubai.
• Redomiciling a company investing its own funds in international securities markets from a Caribbean offshore jurisdiction to DMCC free zone, UAE.
• Taking part in a project to register and administer a UAE company providing services in the field of international tourism.
• Supporting a project of company registration in the UAE and Bahrain for a group of companies trading in engineering equipment.
