• Advising on the choice of jurisdiction for company registration, on registration procedure and selection of the legal form and licence for a proposed company, both in classic offshore and onshore jurisdictions;
• Company administration and legal support in both classic offshore and onshore jurisdictions;
• Company registration and support in obtaining business licences, including obtaining permits from the specialized regulatory authorities in the Middle East (UAE, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain);
• Company redomiciliation from ‘hostile’ jurisdictions;
• Advising on selection of a financial institution (bank or EMI) for opening settlement, investment & savings, and deposit accounts;
• Supporting the opening of corporate and personal accounts at banks and in EMIs, providing support during bank reviews and checks;

Projects completed

• Legal support and administration of companies in Latvia, Cyprus, and the BVI for a large group operating in the field of online video rental.
• Structuring and implementing a project to register intellectual property rights and trade marks for a chain of fast food restaurants in Kazakhstan.
• Providing support in recovering funds from the ABLV Bank in liquidation.
• Implementing a project to launch an online educational platform in the UAE, including full support of the licensing process.
• Taking part in the structuring of a project to obtain a licence for a higher education institution in Dubai.
• Structuring a project to bring a large group of companies to the Middle East market (MENA region) and to organize in the UAE a chain of cosmetics stores.
• Registering a company and providing support in obtaining a medical licence to open a beauty salon in Dubai.
• Taking part in the implementation of a project to obtain an ADGM financial licence.
• Registering a UAE company on a UAE-licensed crypto exchange and opening an account for transactions with the crypto exchange.
• Providing full support for the registration of a Dubai branch of a large Russian marketing company, including the obtaining of an advertising licence in the UAE.
