The Commercial department of SDM is responsible for the international promotion of the International Business Centre of Madeira (IBC). The IBC is a programme of regional development, fully approved and supported by Portugal and the E.U. created with the objective of attracting international investment into the Portuguese island of Madeira to diversify and modernize its economy.
